Fall Maple and Oak (Pine Lake, Hudson)

"Fall Maple and Oak (Pine Lake, Hudson)" 2011 Acrylic on Canvas 41 3/4" x 27 1/2" (SOLD). Pine Lake is a lovely little duck pond behind a small dam just around the corner from my home in Hudson, QC. On a sunny evening I shot a picture using my telephoto lens, giving the maple leaves a larger than life appearance. Hence the painting.
